About Me

I did a little bit about myself in my introductions post but here is a little more.
First off, I am an animal lover. These are my two wonderful cats, Terremoto and Gandalf the Grey and White (or Gandy for short). Terremoto turned 12 August 2011 and Gandolf is about a year and a half. Terremoto's history is an interesting long story, but to keep it short and sweet she came into my life when she was, at oldest, 2 weeks old. I raised her, bottle fed her, taught her to use the bathroom, taught her to use the litter box, etc. Gandolf I got when he was 8 weeks old. The two could not have more different personalities. Terremoto is a very shy timid cat, where Gandy is curious about everything that happens in the world around him. He wants to meet everyone, Terremoto wants to stay hidden under the blankets when new people arrive.

I am a lover of video games, especially PC games. My current love is World of Warcraft. My main, Kithandra, is a hunter. I love to play, read about, and help others w/ their hunter-ing. WoW is actually how my boyfriend and I met.

I am a board certified music therapist (MT-BC) and Janurary 27th, 2012 I was approved to be an internship director by the American Music Therapy Association. I currently work at a nursing facility/care center in Minnesota. The center has 99 beds and has a short term rehab unit, memory care unit and general long term care unit. While my primary role is music therapist I do provide programming outside of music therapy for residents.

Janurary 27th I became a homeowner. Something I have wanted to be for a looong time. I found a cute small house that was perfect for me, my boyfriend and our cats. I am excited about starting a garden, having a larger kitchen, and just having our own space!

Outside of my little home, I have two older sisters. One recently moved so she now lives near me and also plays WoW. The other lives on the east coast and travels all over the place with her job (and for fun).

Thank you for taking the time to look at my small space on the web. I hope to make good use of it's space. ~Kithandra
